Slow Finance is proud to sponsor the Bachelor's thesis of Eleonora Luino, a student in the ....... at the University of Turin, supervised by Prof. Francesco Novello, with external co-supervisors Stezano Zordan Ph.D. and Matteo Basei Fantolino M.Sc. The thesis proposal is titled "Regolamentazione degli interventi congiunti tra i diversi servizi del Dipartimento di Prevenzione dell’ASL Città di Torino e gli Enti di vigilanza presenti sul territorio per giungere ad un Sistema Integrato di qualità e controllo Slow Finance, ed avviare un protocollo Nazionale operativo." and explores the emerging concept of a Integrated System - Slow Finance National operational protocol through a comparative perspective between practical and theoretical experience and speculation on the Adaptive Challenge of the quality of food and services of the public services canteen.

The research examines how organizations, institutions and businesses can move beyond compliance towards models that actively foster food quality, security and access to biodiversity and nutrition with correct and fair market competitive condition. It also proposes an Italian-style relational and "Slow" model inspired by traditions such as Slow Food, ASL, and the principles of generative development, while exploring a National Integrated System - operational protocol as a practical methodology for individual and organizational audit.

At Slow Finance, we believe that food quality is not merely a social outcome—it is a form of capital. Supporting academic research that connects law, economics, governance and human development is part of our mission to promote a regenerative economy where long-term value is measured not only by financial performance, but also by the quality of life of people, organizations and communities.

We are delighted to support Eleonora Luino's work and look forward to the insights it will bring to the growing international dialogue on regenerative governance and the future of work.
