Slow Finance is proud to sponsor the Bachelor's thesis of Giulia Paradiso, a student in the Digital Administration program at the University of Turin, supervised by Prof. Davide Gianti, with external co-supervisors Prof. Pier Giuseppe Monateri and Matteo Basei Fantolino. The thesis proposal is titled "A Qualitative Comparative Study of the Right to Well-being in the Workplace" and explores the emerging concept of a Right to Well-being through a comparative perspective between Eastern and Western legal and cultural traditions.

The research examines how organizations, institutions and businesses can move beyond compliance towards models that actively foster human flourishing, organizational well-being and sustainable governance. It also proposes an Italian-style relational and "Slow" model inspired by traditions such as Slow Food, Economy of Francesco, and the principles of regenerative development, while exploring coaching as a practical methodology for individual and organizational well-being.
At Slow Finance, we believe that well-being is not merely a social outcome—it is a form of capital. Supporting academic research that connects law, economics, governance and human development is part of our mission to promote a regenerative economy where long-term value is measured not only by financial performance, but also by the quality of life of people, organizations and communities.
We are delighted to support Giulia Paradiso's work and look forward to the insights it will bring to the growing international dialogue on regenerative governance and the future of work.
